Oliver Biney (born 8 August 1983) is a British professional wrestler currently working under the ring name Rampage Brown. He mostly works throughout the European and British wrestling promotions. However, Biney briefly worked for American promotions World Wrestling Entertainment and its developmental territory Florida Championship Wrestling from 2010–2011 and Total Nonstop Action Wrestling in September 2014.

From 20 October 2014, Brown participated in TNA British Boot Camp, making it to the final three alongside Mark Andrews and Kay Lee Ray.

He is currently a trainer In Hull for New Generation Wrestling,[1] as well as Adam Blampied's bodyguard at whatculture.com. He will represent Adam at WCPW.

His retirement was announced on whatculture.com on June 20th 2016 but will still remain as a member of WCPW.
