:What is the purpose of giving something low importance?
If anyone wanted to know the date of inception of an historically important peice of history he should be able to find it.
:: As it happens the article doesn't tell anyone anything he couldn't find out from the offices of the government(s) concerned. It is to be hoped such is not the case elsewhere. Or does the phrase low importance mean low grade information?

What is the purpose of giving something low importance?
