Personally, I think the second image is better because it is less blurry and has darker and clear colour. |

Heading under List of president
- Previous headings given Council administration period as Pre-Japanese Occupation, Japanese Occupation, Post-Japanese seems over-emphasized the role of Japanese Occupation to the Council. I just renamed those to more appropriate and self-explanatory and headings. Davilaser 00:57, 27 July 2006 (UTC)
