Cut down and merge to List of minor Star Wars Imperial characters per WP:FICT, which I'll be happy to do myself if that's consensus. Way too much detail given that he's a fairly minor character, but he does have a short story written about him, and that's probably more than can be said about some of the other entries in that list. Keep The book containing the story may be out of print and could be extremely hard to find. Most of the content of the article may be from that story. I also think I've seen a few fan pages regarding him. Ken S. 20:06, 8 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
