Lamar Cecil is an American historian.
Life
He currently resides in Lynchburg, Virginia.
Career
He completed his Ph.D. at Johns Hopkins University in 1962.[1]
He is currently William R. Kenan Jr. Professor of History Emeritus at Washington and Lee University.[2]
