Rejaul Karim Laskar is an Indian politician from the Indian state of Assam belonging to Indian National Congress. He is former Spokesperson of Assam Pradesh Congress Committee and former Secretary of AICC Vichar Vibhag [1].

On october 2016, Laskar was entrusted by the Minority Department of All India Congress Committee to develop a strategy fro attracting religious minorities (Christians, Muslims, Buddhists, etc) belonging to the North East region of India towards the Congress party [2]. In April 2017, he submitted his 148 page report containing detailed reccommendations [3] [4]

On May 2017, Laskar was appointed as All India Congress Committee (AICC) Minority Department's Observer for Meghalaya, Nagaland and Mizoram [5] [6] [7].
