She promotes Indian startup ecosystem and government’s business and technology related initiatives like Digital India, Smart Cities, Make in India and Startup India. Family

Devsena was born and raised in New Delhi. She is from a social and political family, her mother Annapurna Mishra is a senior leader of the current ruling party of India, Bharatiya Janata Party. Devsena's elder brother Kapil Mishra is a social activist and a former cabinet minister of Delhi government(AAP).
