I was searching for information on 小人物的声音 like who composed and provided the lyrics for the song, but it seems wiki does not have any entries on the song. Hence, I would like to request editors of this Xinyao page to include the song which has significance to Singaporeans. It had been played in many NDP editions.

:: The composer and singer is 吴佳明. I have added additional context and history to the xinyao movement. Most of this are widely known facts among the Chinese Singaporean milieu in Singapore. LionFlyer 14:46, 27 February 2016 (UTC)
