The Wikipedia article on the instrument I am possibly most proficient at, the [[euphonium]], states that most euphoniumists can trace their "teacher ancestry" back to a relatively few famous players. At one point I took euphonium lessons from Robert Nunez, who at one point took tuba lessons from [[Arnold Jacobs]]. Later I took euphonium from Masahito Kuroda, who, IIRC, was a student of [[Earle Louder]]. Along with euphonium, my most often played instruments are guitar and trumpet. |

I may be somewhat of an [[otaku]]; my favorite ongoing [[anime]]/[[manga]] is [[BLEACH]]. As a result, i've picked up tiny amounts of Japanese, but not in any serious way. On the other hand I've taken classes in Spanish, but I'm very rusty and wouldn't trust myself to use that skill in editing the Wikipedia. |

Also, as far as moral worldviews go, I follow the way of the [[Triforce|Three Golden Triangles]] in addition to Christianity.
