It's a subtype of vertical running. You have https://www.verticalworldcircuit.com governed by ISF which also organizes trail vertical races ( for example https://www.vkworldcircuit.com) and Towerrunning Tour by TWA.

So you have a trail vertical race and a skyscraper/tower/stairs(ski jumping ramp) vertical race.
