Regarding date systems on the Doomsday rule article
Could I clarify what you mean by the long-standing practice of the article as it's only in that table where a distinction between the day/month and month/day systems is important (all other places in the article with dates mentioned work interchangeably for both date systems). As far as I know, the US is the only country to use the month/day system and it seems unnecessarily confusing to most readers who will be used to the day/month system, so as a result I've undone your edit for the meantime. On a separate note, the man who made the Doomsday rule was British so according to Wikipedia:Manual of Style, the British date system would be preferred in this article, which is the day/month system. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Snkn179 (talk • contribs) 01:39, 5 March 2019 (UTC)
