New Creation Church was founded in 1984 when a small group of young believers in Singapore decided to gather together. Their vision was to start an independent, non-denominational church that is based solely on the unchanging Word of God. From an initial attendance of 25, the church gradually grew to about 150 members by 1990.
New Creation Church's current pastoral team is being led by Pastor Joseph Prince. The church meets at The Rock Auditorium ([[Suntec City]]) for easy accessibility, levels 3, 4 and 6. Due to the large number of attending worshippers, two halls of Eng Wah Cinema located just behind the Rock Auditorium have been rented for the first service.


In June 1990, Joseph Prince, a founding member and pioneer leader of the church, was appointed as the senior pastor. This marked a new beginning for New Creation Church. As Pastor Prince focused on preaching about on Jesus Christ and His grace, the church's attendance began to grow. By 1998, the congregation numbered about 3,000.

In [[2005]], the church had a weekly attendance of over 12,425 and the largest [[Min Nan|Hokkien]] service in Singapore, headed by an anointed Pastor Mark Ng. Mandarin and Hokkien Services start at 9 and 11.30 am respectively, as venues occasionally change, worshippers may call or refer to the church website and monthly update.


Besides English services, the church also has Mandarin and Hokkien services, which are held on Sundays at 9am and 11.30am respectively.
Sunday services are identical, starting off with praise and worship and the Holy Communion. They are at 9am, 11.30am, 2.30pm and 5pm while Midweek Bible study services (identical) are on Thursday and Friday nights at 7.30pm. Sunday and Midweek Services are held in English.

To cater to the various age groups, there is Children's Church and Nursery, youth ministry DARE (Dead and Resurrected Eagles), Campus and Oasis. Children's Church itself is also split up into many different sections, including the preschool (Agape Kids), Primary One and Kindergarten (Messiah Kids), Primary Two and Three (Praise Kids One), Primary Four and Five (Praise Kids Two)and Primary Six (GEMS).
Weekly sermons of Pastor Joseph Prince are also available in CD and DVD format through Joseph Prince Ministries and sold atTimes the bookstore in Singapore, while different sermons are posted at the church website for free downloading. A speaker in the international Christian community, his messages are also broadcasted in Uganda, Canada and India, and by 2007, in the United States.
