I suspect Art of Odessa of having some kind of COI, and we are discussing that at COIN, where another user pointed out the interaction of these two accounts. The evidence that they are socking is:
- the overlap of page editing interests: CIH (computer virus), Strange Time, Lucien Dulfan, Stepan Ryabchenko, Finger of God, Vasiliy Ryabchenko and Computer virus, all within the last month.
- The interaction timeline matches them up perfectly, and the Interaction analyzer shows something funny going on.
- Both accounts reverted an edit so as to include an image on a page that was contested by other editors: Perepel adds the image, it gets removed, Perepel adds it back, and then Art of Odessa adds it back, and again.
- Art of Odessa has previously used multiple sock accounts over at Commons.
