Why fk2t got IP banned from Wikipedia

This is true story why fk2t got Ip banned. It was 2/4/2020 at 10:34 and My friend from discord said he made a wiki and it got hacked. The hacker vandalized pages on wiki and got a warning from red phoenix. he was warned if he vandalizes again he would get ip banned. he vandalized and got ip banned where the account was made and hacked. that's the story of the IP ban of fk2t.

How fk2t's Ip ban couldve effected the places around the ip adress

It was the same day as that ban and another user also got banned in fk2t's area and i forgot his user lemme get it.

Wikipedia has blocked me from editing my page for some reason.. Why though? I didnt do anything. Like WHO IS RandomizerTDM? I DNT EVEN KNOW THEM IDK MABYE THERE MY
