Cartoon all-stars to the rescue is an animated made for television mini-movie story about a teenager on drugs. The film was made in 1990 and was supported by an introduction by George and Barbara Bush, and starred cartoon characters including Winnie the Pooh, Tigger Huey, Dewey and Louie Duck, Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck The Smurfs, Garfield, Alvin and the Chipmunks, baby Kermit the Frog, Gonzo and Miss Piggy and ALF.
Synopsis
The cartoon characters show the teenager how he started drugs, what's happening to him and how his future is in trouble if he doesn't learn to say no.
