écartelé, au 1 et 4 burelé d'azur et d'argent de dix pièces au lion à la queue fourchée de gueules armé, lampassé et couronné d'or, au 2 et 3 d'azur semé de billettes d'or au lion de même armé et lampassé de gueules et couronné d'or, sur le tout d'azur aux trois fleurs de lys d'or à la bordure de gueules chargée de huit coquilles d'argent. C'est un écartelé entre les armoiries des ducs de Luxembourg et des comtes de Nassau avec les armes de Bourbon-Parme en abîme..
