Catholic dioceses, in the widest sense (including archdioceses, pre-diocesan jurisdictions), which ceased to exist under their old name but continued under a new name, whether that be due to a renamed see, another multiple title (e.g. a city more or less) or due to a full transfer of see, as opposed to suppression (such as merger into another existing diocese).
