The US Citizenship Act of 2021 is a legislative bill that was proposed by President Joe Biden on his first day in office.[1][2][3]

It proposes to roll back many of the executive actions made by President Donald Trump, while providing a legislative path to citizenship for as many as 11 million undocumented aliens in the United States.[4]
