Ravi Prakash is an Indian newspaper promoter and proprietor. He is the founder-director and CEO of ABCL which runs 9 TV stations with the brand name TV9. He is also the Founder of Simba TV in Africa and Europe. He is the former Chief Executive Officer and senior journalist of TV9.[1][2][3][4]

He has contributed four crores to build a 200 bed multispeciality hospital near Kuchipudi village.[5]

Controversy

The Telangana police had alleged Ravi Prakash in connection with an alleged forgery case.The issue was related to an alleged takeover of Alanda Media by TV9.Ravi Prakash recently was granted anticipatory bail in the case filed by TV9 new management.[6]
