Jennifer Lee Grant is a United States Air Force brigadier general serving as the director of plans and programs of the United States Space Force.[2][3][4] She is notable for being promoted to Brigadier general after a USAF Inspector General report "determined the conditions Col. Grant created were the worst the IG team had seen in 20 years."[5][6]
