The Zrarieh raid was a raid by the Israeli Defence Forces on 11 March 1985, in the southern town Zrarieh, targeting Amal militants. Between 21 and 32 Lebanese died in the raid. [1][2][3][4] According to AP the raid was met with with heavy resistance from Shiite militants and Lebanon army[4]
