Siege of Dresden (1813)

After the Battle of Dresden, Napoleon ordered St Cyr's corp to stay in Dresden. After the French defeat at the Battle of Leipzig the Garrison of Dresden was cut off and Under Siege by the Armies of the Sixth Coalitoin. St Cyr Surrendered the Garrison in November of 1813.[1][2]
