Most of PTS articles between 1902-1938. It is going to be a very huge work.

Denying Sidowpknbkhihj (LTA) Project

Another project that I'm working on is reworking some and creating articles Sidowpknbkhihj has some interests in, and some of them had to be more than just Start-class/GA. The ultimate goal is to pull WPTC out of the mud of stub WestPac articles, which Chicdat clearly feared will destroy WPTC. I plan to do this in non-draftspace environment, including working on userspace drafts as Yellow Evan has suggested to me.

GA

Typhoon Yancy (1990) - One of the three articles that MoT had created isn't on GA - and I think Yancy would have been created by socks if I didn't move them out)
Tropical Storm Brendan (1991) - This article is worth it. I will work on this article at userspace. Yellow Evan doubts that this article should be created, but this is definitely notable in some way. This article is likely to be powered by zhwiki translation.
Typhoon Ma-on (2004) - Expand Prep, Aftermath, and CE impacts
Typhoon Gilda (1974) - I am going to look for some information to develop this.
Typhoon Faye (1995) - Like Gilda.
Tropical Storm Nathan (1993) - Could have been created alongside Ofelia and Percy, but nope!
Typhoon Koppu (2009) - Had to translate from Portuguese myself
Typhoon Peggy (1986) - not listed on YE's GAN plan - I'm working the MH and lead in the separate page.
Typhoon Kaemi (2006) - Translate from Portuguese
Typhoon Nida (2009) - Same
Typhoon Lupit (2009) - same

NOT GA (C-class or Start-class)

Typhoon Louise (1955) - expand MH and impacts (working on mainspace)
Typhoon June (1954) - I'll consider this as a priority as soon as I'm done with Brendan and Peggy GA.
Typhoon Helen (1958) - Also consider (I think I would do this first before June).
Typhoon Gloria (1957), Typhoon Alice (1961) and Typhoon Pamela (1954). All of them are Hong Kong typhoons, and TheAustinMan is squarely focused on building up 1964 Pacific typhoon season GT, so I would create these articles by translating stuff from zhwiki. I'll try to convince LowercaseGuy to work on this in May.
Typhoon Yanni - Translate from Korean (It will end up like Vicki).
Typhoon Molave (2009) - Enough damage, typhoon landfall in Hong Kong
October 1942 tropical storm - This is not where HEATHROW works on, but I am inclined to continue the work of the IP. 1932 and 1933 articles did not have the links that I could work on it. I plan this is the next one after I am done with my GA projects.

List expansion

This is another project that I'm working on, and this doesn't involve drafts. However, previous projects take priority over this one. And I'm much more busier than I'm actually is on Wikipedia.

Separate from these projects are this. This is my direct plans for GAN in the future.

Effects of Hurricane Dorian in the Carolinas - GAN. If Toby is coming back, I'll remove this.
Cyclone Owen - I am working based on the suggestions from peer reviewers and to make Chicdat's dream come true. This is basically me and Chicdat now due to goings-on with what happened. I am going to admit that Chicdat is possibly a WP:CIR editor, but I believe in him like Cabayi does. 2018 -> under 2018 Global FT -> this thing must be done.
Cyclone Kelvin - After Dorian, this is the next.
