Dimitry Vladimirovich Kochenov is an expert on the Rule of Law, citizenship and nationality law who heads the Rule of Law research group at the Democracy Institute of Central European University.[1] He considers citizenship to be an unjustifiable form of apartheid, comparing it to racism, sexism, and slavery, and advocates its complete abolition.[2]
