When used by itself:
- Interwiki target: This is a redirect from a systematic cross-project target to the relevant Wikipedia page. It is used to aid connections from other Wikimedia projects. Some processes like requesting a new language project automatically create interwiki links. Sometimes they target the wrong page and this redirect prevents breakage.
- A page from Meta-Wiki links to this page. This redirect should remain in place so as not to break the connection from Meta.
