I'm extremely busy off-Wikipedia these days. I may or may not answer promptly, or I may not answer at all. Lupo

See Anti-Soviet agitation (§58-10 became §70 with the 1958 revision of the RSFSR Criminal Code, effective 1961), and also Article 58 (RSFSR Penal Code). $58-10 said "not less than six months"; I haven't found the 1958 §70 yet. Still looking for the 25... Lupo 08:21, 12 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Maximum punishment from the 1960s on under §70 seems to have been 7 years of imprisonment followed by at most five years of internal exile. Ukrainian Criminal Code (I've seen the same statement for the RSFSR in other places, too.) See also [2]. Lupo 08:48, 12 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Loeber has §70 (and also §190(1)) of the 1960s RSFSR Criminal Code. It's identical to the Ukrainian. Lupo 09:41, 15 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I have added a "{{prod}}" template to the article Zoe7, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but I don't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and I've explained why in the deletion notice (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia, or, if you disagree with the notice, discuss the issues at its talk page. Removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, but the article may still be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached, or if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria. What's that got to do with me? Anyway, good move. If de-prodded, take it to AfD. Lupo 12:04, 20 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

In which countries exists this protection? --Historiograf 21:42, 21 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Apart from those countries you already mentioned in the article at de-WP, I don't know. I would have to check each country's copyright laws, too. I don't have the time to do that. Lupo 11:29, 22 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

hey

I did not copy anything out of that text at all. Those were part of class notes when I took his class and part a take home final I took for him so Prof folsom would not have a copyright claim even if he cared which he would not — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ngord (talkcontribs)

Answer on your talk page. Someone copied. Lupo 22:53, 1 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Why did you delete my whole section on the CISG and Clarence Thomas? Everything I stated was good information that I personally wrote.
