Trump Media & Technology Group ("TMTG") is an American media and technology company founded by the 45th President of the United States of America, Donald J. Trump.
On October 20, 2021, Trump Media & Technology Group and Digital World Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ: DWAC), a publicly-traded SPAC, announced that they have entered into a definitive merger agreement that will combine the two entities, allowing TMTG to become a publicly-traded company.[1].
The company's announced product offerings include social network (Truth Social) and on-demand programming (TMTG+)[2]
