Bellum Octavianum was a civil war[1]: 299  that took place in ancient Rome.[2]: 94  It got its name after Octavius by Cicero.[3]: 938

According to Michael Lovano, it ended either in late 87 BC or early 86 BC.[4]: 72  It is also argued that it started in the year 87 BC.[5]: 348
