Paul Medhurst (born 11 December 1981) is an Australian rules footballer in the Australian Football League.

Medhurst was drafted to the Fremantle Dockers as a small forward, as a 4th round selection in the 2001 AFL Draft, after winning the Bernie Naylor Medal in 2001 for the most goals the WAFL where he played for the Claremont Football Club.

He made a successful debut in round 1, 2002 in a Western Derby against West Coast, kicking 3 goals and earning him an AFL Rising Star nomination. At the end of 2002 he won the Beacon Award as the best young player on the Fremantle team. He was Fremantle's leading goalkicker in 2003 and 2004, kicking 50 and 41 goals respectively, including hauls of 9 against Brisbane in 2004 and 7 against Carlton in 2003. Medhurst's ability to find the ball and kick some goals in the stereotype pocket role were overshadowed by his brilliant overhead marking, which helped him to his clever record at Fremantle of 166 goals in his 99 appearances.

In 2006, Medhurst would only play 12 games in a year which saw the club make it's best performance, finishing top 4 after a Preliminary Final berth. His lack of form would see him traded to Collingwood along with the clubs first round draft pick for troubled forward Chris Tarrant.
