I am a new user and member of this famous Wikipedia, I can say Wikipedia community. I am a regular yoga practitioner and have some exposure to this field.

I have tried to compile myself a small website, http://www.yogaguideonline.com/ with an object to share my knowledge with the like minded people.

Since today I wish to participate actively and share my thougts thru this media.
