Arwen Humphreys

Arwen Humphreys is a Canadian actress and voiceover artist, best known for her role as Margaret Brackenreid in the hit CBC television series Murdoch Mysteries. She was born and raised in Toronto[1]
Her background is in comedy and improv, but she got the dramatic Murdoch role through a casting call. The role was originally only three lines in a single episode, but grew over time as her character matured. She became a fan favorite, and audiences praised her work to the show's writers and producers. Today it has become an important recurring role in a very popular series.[2]
