If you search with the keyword "Artsakh" a different result appears. For example with "Mets Tagher" "Artsakh" Google Advanced Book Search returns 252 results. With the same search Google scholar has three results, and Google news then has 39. By your measure the article should be renamed "Mets Tagher" as the WP:COMMONNAME.
