Twiki is a character on the TV show Buck Rogers in the 25th Century, played by actor Felix Silla. Twiki was a robot referred to in the series as an "ambuquad" (which, in one episode, refers to a specialized series of robots made for work in space mines). Mel Blanc provided the voice for the character in most episodes, except for a brief stretch during the show's second season, when he was voiced quite differently by Bob Elyea. The name "Twiki" is derived from the robot's alphanumeric designation: TWKE4. Twiki is often seen carrying Dr. Theopolis around with him. Twiki (Twee-kee) was well known for frequently blurting a low key "Bidibidibidi" for no reason. This was also how he spoke with other robots.

In the TV series Mystery Science Theater 3000, Crow T. Robot and Tom Servo often express contempt for Twiki.

Buck Rogers is owned by the Dille Family Trust and for a time the roleplaying game rights were licensed to TSR, Inc., a company owned by Lorraine Williams (a member of the Dille family). Rumors among the TSR staff said that Universal Studios added the Twiki character to the show despite Williams' objections, and that any mention of the character or his "Bidibidibidi" phrase within earshot of her was a firing offense because it reminded her of her failure to get her way regarding one of her licensed properties.
