Irvin G. Wyllie

Irvin G. Wylie was a scholar in the United States. He wrote The Self-Made Man in America: The Myth of Rags to Riches published by Rutgers University Press.[1][2]

He reviewed.[3]

He was the first chancellor of the University of Wisconsin-Parkside.[4][5] He served from 1966 to 1974. The school's Wylie Hall is named for him.[6]

He also wrote a book titled Social Darwinism and the Businessman in 1959.[7]
