Classic Who

[edit]

Hello, you expressed concern over plot length/accuracy with Classic Who serials, and I have been attempting a general clean-up of the pages before improving each serial individually. I was wondering if there were certain examples you had in mind that needed to be rewritten. I did make a list of plot summaries that were tagged for length, and I noticed that The War Games may be too short and Silver Nemesis's plot was deleted at some point. I'm working through the series myself and so I haven't seen everything yet, but I'd be willing to help. Glimmer721 talk 22:22, 22 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Most recently, Death to the Daleks makes reference to a “high-speed chase,” which consists of the Doctor and his local buddy solving puzzles to open a door a few minutes before the Daleks solve the previous one… not what one usually thinks of as high speed. I’m afraid I did not keep track of the prior errors, trying to control myself from getting too involved… — crism (talk) 18:04, 23 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I'm on The Sea Devils in the Pertwee era but I'll check that plot out when I get there. It seems badly written regardless. Glimmer721 talk 18:16, 23 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
