Kosovo and Montenegro have adopted the euro unilaterally. "These countries do not officially form part of the eurozone and do not have representation in the European Central Bank (ECB) or in the Eurogroup." --Kolja21 (talk) 12:54, 15 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I absolutely mirror the above. It's ridiculous that Kosovo and Montenegro have remained on this map for so long. They are not part of the Eurozone.
