Draft talk:History of French bureaucracy

I meant to put this in my renewal request but sent it out in a panic, here is what I wanted to say: I do apologize for being derelict of duty with this article, but it is a topic I am passionate about and I finally am in my summer break so I have time to make a concerted return to it. I work full-time and was doing so during my college semesters, it was a painful period for me these last six months but my hands are back on deck. I also noticed that someone, without any consent on my part or notification to me, attempted to publish this page into the mainspace on their own volition, so I would argue that there is existing evidence of interest in this article by other users, which would potentially grow upon its release once I have completed these two other sections I see as useful as well as expanding the current sections.
