- Not a very academic reply. Alessandro Faggiani happens to be right, and his hypothesis is not "fringe." It's known in Australia, Japan, China, Russia, Georgia, Turkey, Albania, Croatia, Italy, Germany, France, England, Wales, Scotland, Ireland, the USA, and Canada.
