Harrison Ford
Harrison Ford (July 13, 1942 -) is an American actor who has appeared in four of the top ten highest-grossing movies ever. Ford was born in Chicago, Illinois and his first major role was in American Grafiti. He went on to star as Han Solo in the Star Wars trilogy. He starred as Indiana Jones in the Raiders of the Lost Ark trilogy and as Jack Ryan in Tom Clancy's Patriot Games and Clear and Present Danger. He also starred in Blade Runner, Witness, The Fugitive and the remake of Sabrina among others.
He is a private pilot of both planes and helicopters. He worked as a carpenter in Hollywood before he broke through in movies. Guinness Book of World Records (2001) calls him the richest actor alive. His reported salary for the 2002 movie K-19: The Widowmaker is over $25,000,000.
