Tucker Tibor Max (born 1975 in Atlanta, Georgia) is an American writer known for stories about his hedonistic lifestyle (a genre sometimes referred to as fratire). He first gained fame for his blog. He is currently writing a sitcom pilot script for Comedy Central and is the creator of Tuckermax.com and Rudius Media.[1][2] Max's Assholes Finish First is due in 2008 from Simon Spotlight.

Max grew up in Lexington, Kentucky, and received a bachelor's degree in Law, Letters, and Society from University of Chicago and a J.D. from Duke University School of Law. [3] At Duke, he posted an online "date application" that he transferred to Tuckermax.com, leading to a June 2003 appearance in "Sex2K", an episode of MTV's True Life[4]. Later that year, a judge ordered Max to remove from his site a story[5] about an ex-girlfriend who filed an invasion-of-privacy lawsuit,[6] but the case eventually was dismissed.[7]

In 2006, Max appeared on the Opie and Anthony radio program, where the hosts cast doubt on the truthfulness of his stories and compared Max to James Frey.[8]. He also was interviewed on Fox News Channel about I Hope They Serve Beer In Hell. [9]
