This article is sort of clumsy. The begining seems to imply that community recognition is a matter of making a contribution and ignores the "recognition" aspect. The mention of social capital needs to be expanded to include that powerful incentive that community recognition creates. Good start though. Edwardmking 21:05, 27 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
