Obsolete Reference desk subpages

Unused subpages for creating infrastructure of the Reference desk. Pages were created around 2008 but haven't been in use for a long time – there's been a redesign in 2021, but I haven't checked to see when they actually stopped being used, if ever.

Most of these pages are completely unused. Aside from Wikipedia:Reference desk/header/addnew, the only other few usages remain in old abandoned user sandboxes (User:Froth/refdeskfixedalt, User:Froth/test0, User:Tcncv/nav/aux). Regarding Wikipedia:Reference desk/header/addnew - actually, it's usage on the archived page can be just removed - it's just a button to post new messages, and it being an archived page it doesn't make sense to encourage new messages.
