Winfred Cooper "Chubby" Adams (May 25, 1888 - ?) was a state legislator in Mississippi.[1] He served in the Mississippi House of Representatives from 1924 to 1926 and in the Mississippi Senate, including as President Pro Tempore.

He was born in Corinth, Mississippi. He was a veteran of World War I.[2] He received a military pension.[3] He studied at Princeton for two years and received a law degree from the University of Mississippi. He married and had three children.[4]

His father owned the W. T. Adams Machine Company.[5] It burned in 1918.[6]
