Irma Guadalupe Moreno Ovalles is a Mexican politician affiliated with the Institutional Revolutionary Party. As of 2014 she served as Deputy of the LIX Legislature of the Mexican Congress representing Sinaloa as replacement of Jesús Vizcarra Calderón.[1]
