Triesh or Trieshi is one of the seven tribes of Malësi e Madhe. Trieshi, as well as Hoti, derive from a single ancestor named Keçi. The tribe consists of over 300 houses within a nine village radius. The nine villages of Trieshi are to include: Rudinë, Nikmarashi, Budzë, Poprat, Stepoja, Bekaj, Delaj, Cemi i Trieshit, and Koritë. The people of Trieshi are known to be "Trieshjan" or "Trieshjane" for females. The Trieshjan's follow the Roman Catholic faith, along with the overwhelming majority of Malsia.
