- I think mentorship might prove more beneficial, and be less adversarial. I am particulary minded of the applicants response to Q.3 , this diff and the answer to your optional question; I don't think HSB is responding too well to negative comment. If HSB is unable to learn from the opposes then there is the risk of turning a potentially good editor (and one day admin) sour. LessHeard vanU 20:26, 12 October 2007 (UTC)

- I think it's good to get a wide variety of opinions at RFA's. Perhaps he can use the advice to improve his editing habits, which is better than a simple mentorship from one person. Wikidudeman (talk) 20:35, 12 October 2007 (UTC)
