- Merge to Spring family. Thomas is verifiable in Burke's, but probably not independently notable. Choess (talk) 03:20, 11 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Strong delete. I trust Choess's assertion that there is evidence that the man existed, but there is no evidence of his notability nor of the facts of his career.
