John T. Reed
John T. Reed is a real estate investor and publisher; he is the author of several real-estate investment books. He is based in Alamo, California. He devotes a portion of his website to his ratings of so called "real-estate gurus", and has developed a list of items which can be used to check for the legitimacy of claims by such people. He is best known for his extensive critique to Robert Kiyosaki's books and public statements, and recently for his very public disagreements with the real-estate writer Russ Whitney, who unsuccessfully sued Reed for libel. Reed represented himself in the litigation.
