Textile Arts

Hi Justine,

Thanks for your nice note at Wikipedia:WikiProject Council. Even if you don't have much time to contribute, you're always welcome to join. Regardless, it's nice to meet fellow crafters here such as you! :) Willow 15:34, 18 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Justine, Thanks for your help at the Aran Sweaters article. Yes, it was bizarrely contentious! But I was really keen to keep it factually on course. I have added some citations as you suggested. It's quite a poorly researched area of history - I may have to spend some time in the National Library the next time I am in Dublin. Abbeyvet 22:57, 24 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Aran sweater

[edit]

Hi. I've placed a "disputed" notice on Aran sweater to do with the Aran/Arran controversy, and I'm inviting you, as a past contributor to the article, to take part in the debate so we can reach consensus.--A bit iffy 13:24, 4 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
