Brian Worrell
Brian Worrell is an American politician who represents District 4 on the Boston City Council.[1]

Early life and education
Worrell's parents are both immigrants.[1] He graduated from METCO, a voluntary school desegregation program in Boston[2], before enrolling at Northeastern University. Worrell majored in accounting and entrepreneurship.
Political career
Worrell announced his candidacy for the Boston City Council after former District 4 councilor Andrea Campbell announced her candidacy for mayor of Boston.[3] Worrell topped the ticket in the preliminary election, receiving a quarter of the votes cast (2,489 votes).[4]
Worrell defeated former state representative Evandro Carvahlo in the general election.[5]
